Delivery Owls began in Marbella with a simple request: someone had left an important item behind and needed a reliable person on the ground to recover it. What looked like a delivery problem was really a question of trust—finding someone capable, accountable and local who could take care of every detail.

We stepped in. Then another request arrived, and another.

From airports and hotels to shops, homes and businesses, we have since coordinated lost-property recoveries, collections and time-sensitive requests across borders. Along the way, we built something more valuable than a delivery & retrieval network: a trusted community of dependable people on the ground.

Today, Delivery Owls is becoming a global marketplace for practical local help across 12 countries spanning Europe, Africa, Asia and the Americas. Customers post the task they need completed, receive offers from suitable Local & vetted Partners and choose the person they trust to carry it out.

That could mean retrieving a forgotten phone, laptop or luggage, collecting an item from an airport, hotel or venue, our partners can also assist with printing and delivering an urgent document, or handling an important errand when you cannot be there yourself.

Technology makes the connection possible. Human judgement, communication and care make it work.
