Delivery Owls began in Marbella Spain with a simple mission: to make receiving, storing and forwarding parcels easier for local residents, businesses, travellers and families relocating to Spain.
But very quickly, we saw a much bigger need.
Every week, people were contacting us because they had left something important behind — a phone at a restaurant, a passport at a hotel, keys in an Airbnb, jewellery in a villa, luggage at an airport, or sentimental belongings while travelling.
What started as local parcel support has now grown into a global logistics and lost property retrieval service.
Today, Delivery Owls helps customers, hotels, Airbnbs, restaurants, airports, venues and businesses coordinate the safe return of lost and forgotten items across Spain, Europe, the UK, the USA, North Africa and beyond.
