Hi, we’re Steve and Ash, a husband-and-wife team, and welcome to Delivery Owls. Originally from Devon in the UK, we relocated to Spain in 2025 and created Delivery Owls to offer a more flexible, dependable parcel service that works around real life — especially when it comes to late-night deliveries, weekends, and busy schedules. We’re here to make receiving, storing, collecting, and delivering parcels easier, more convenient, and far less stressful.
We’re also very friendly and approachable, so please feel free to get in touch or pop in and see us in person — we will always do our best to accommodate your requests wherever we can. We’re still learning Spanish, so please do bear with us, and thank you for your patience and kindness while we find our feet.

Ashleigh has spent more than 25 years building, running and owning businesses, building them from the ground up, with a clear focus on service, trust and creating brands that genuinely solve real problems for real people.
Her background spans the NHS, the Ambulance Service, private healthcare, product businesses, retail, logistics and customer-led services. Across every chapter, one thing has remained consistent: a deep belief that people should be looked after properly, with care, clarity and respect.
Delivery Owls was created from that belief.
What began as a practical local service in Marbella has grown into a global logistics and lost property retrieval business, helping customers, travellers, hotels, Airbnbs, restaurants, venues and businesses recover, coordinate and return important items across Spain, Europe, the UK, the USA, North Africa and beyond.
Ashleigh understands that the best businesses are not built by chance. They are built through consistency, problem-solving, strong relationships and an obsession with customer experience. Her focus is not simply on moving parcels or returning forgotten items, but on making every customer feel supported, reassured and properly cared for.
From helping a traveller recover something sentimental, to supporting a hotel with guest lost property, to coordinating international returns across borders, Delivery Owls has been built with one clear aim: to make logistics feel more personal, more reliable and far less stressful.
Ashleigh’s ambition is to build Delivery Owls into a trusted global brand known for outstanding customer service, thoughtful communication and genuine care.

Steve has worked in the maritime industry for over 36 years assisting ship owners with their risk management, casualty situations, compliance issues, and as an accredited mediator, with casualty related legal matters.
Having also been involved in setting up several successful new start ups including offices across Northern Europe, Steve's brings years of hard work, discipline, experience and knowledge to Delivery Owls.
He is now swapping the large ocean going cargo carriers for the on land smaller logistical versions.
