Parcel pricing is based on the final packed box size, actual weight, destination and courier availability.

For international returns, customs paperwork, duties, taxes or import charges may also apply.

As a guide, small parcels are suitable for phones, keys, wallets and documents.

Medium parcels are suitable for laptops, tablets, handbags and clothing.

Large and extra-large parcels are suitable for backpacks, suitcases, bulky items or multiple belongings.
