Our fees include Delivery Owls coordination, packaging, labels, courier booking, courier fees and our handling support.
 

For international returns that cross a customs border, such as EU to UK, UK to EU, EU to USA, Morocco, Tunisia, Norway, Switzerland and wider worldwide returns, we charge a handling and coordination fee, then quote courier shipping separately.
