When placing your order, it is important that your parcel is addressed clearly and correctly.
Please include your full name, followed by c/o Delivery Owls – Ashleigh Lerigo, together with our full store address.
Ashleigh will usually be your direct point of contact for parcel receiving and customer support, and it is essential that our name is included, as some deliveries may require ID or a signature on arrival.
This helps us receive your parcel smoothly and avoids any confusion when deliveries arrive.

Our store is open 7 days a week and conveniently open until 11pm, with on-site parking available for easy collection. If you prefer, just let us know when you arrive and we will bring your parcels straight to your car for a simple, effortless handover.
We also deliver 7 days a week, with standard delivery available until 11pm.
Twilight Owl Delivery.
Standard delivery is available until 8pm.
For an additional €5, our Twilight Owl Delivery service extends delivery from 8pm up to 2am, ideal for late arrivals, hospital staff, pub and bar workers, hospitality teams, and anyone working outside standard hours.

How Parcel Receiving Works.
1. Send it to us.
Use your Delivery Owls receiving address when ordering online, making sure your parcel includes your full name and c/o Delivery Owls – Ashleigh Lerigo. Then please let us know we are to expect a delivery from you, thank you.
2. We receive and store it.
We receive your parcel, log it, and store it securely at our hub. Once your parcel has arrived, we will let you know. You can then choose whether you would like to collect it, have it delivered, or ask us to hold it for later. We provide 14 days of free storage, after which storage is charged at €3 per item, per day. We are also happy to consolidate your parcels free of charge for a simpler, more convenient collection or delivery.
