Order online as usual from retailers such as Amazon Spain and send your order directly to Delivery Owls.

Alternatively, you can place a Click & Collect order from Carrefour Market Elviria – Marbella, and we will collect it, beautifully gift wrap it, and deliver it to your gift recipient.

Please note: If you would like to use our Click & Collect service, it is very important to contact us first via WhatsApp so we can check availability and arrange a convenient collection slot. To help make collection as swift and seamless as possible, we will also send you the details of the Carrefour location best suited to our driver for the day.

Our Beautiful Gift Today service is €39.99 and includes:

• We can also arrange courier forwarding for your gift within Spain and across the EU, with courier & handling fees applying.

For qualifying orders received before 2pm, we always aim for same-day delivery.

This service is especially useful if you are based outside Spain or outside the EU, as it allows you to order directly from websites such as Amazon Spain or place a Click & Collect order from Carrefour and have everything handled for you locally.

We receive your items on your behalf, prepare them with care, and make gifting in Spain simple and stress-free.

If you would like us to include a personal message, simply send it to us via WhatsApp. We can also send you photos via WhatsApp once your gift has been wrapped and prepared, so you can see everything before it is collected or delivered.

If you would prefer us to use your own wrapping paper, gift bags / boxes, or cards, please let us know in advance if you plan to send these in with your order.

You are also very welcome to collect your order from our store free of charge if preferred.

Free storage is included for up to 14 days, with additional storage charged at €3 per item, per day thereafter.

Important Shipping Restrictions

Please note that Delivery Owls cannot forward all items by post or courier, and some goods may be prohibited or restricted depending on the carrier, destination, and local regulations. Postal and courier providers operating in Spain and across the EU commonly apply restrictions to items such as alcohol, tobacco, perfumes, flammable liquids, aerosols, dangerous goods, batteries, weapons, perishables, plants, medicines, and other regulated products.

In particular, alcohol is often restricted and may require special approvals, licences, documentation, excise handling, or carrier-specific agreements, and some services will not accept it under standard consumer shipping arrangements. Correos also treats alcohol as a product subject to special taxes and customs handling.

For this reason, Delivery Owls does not offer standard mail or courier forwarding for alcohol or other prohibited, dangerous, or restricted items unless we have confirmed in advance that the shipment is permitted and can be handled lawfully by the chosen carrier.

It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that any goods ordered to us, collected by us, or sent onward through us comply with carrier rules, customs requirements, and the laws of the destination country. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or return any item that is prohibited, unsafe, improperly declared, or not accepted by our delivery or courier partners.

If you are unsure whether an item can be sent, please contact us on WhatsApp before ordering, and we will gladly advise whether it is something we can handle.

My blunt advice: do not publish “we cannot send alcohol via courier or mail in Spain or the EU” as a blanket statement, because that is too absolute and could be wrong in some cases. The version above protects you much better.
