Once your airline confirms that your luggage has been found and is available for authorised collection, we can arrange to collect it from Málaga Airport and deliver it to your accommodation.

How Delayed Luggage Collection Works
Step 1 — Report Your Missing Luggage to the Airline
Before leaving Málaga Airport, report your missing or delayed checked baggage to your airline or its baggage handling representative.
Keep your Property Irregularity Report (PIR), baggage tag and any reference numbers provided.
Step 2 — Wait for Your Airline to Locate Your Luggage
Your airline remains responsible for tracing your delayed baggage.
Once your luggage has been located, confirm whether it can be released to an authorised third-party representative and whether the airline is already arranging delivery to your accommodation.
Step 3 — Book Your Delivery Owls Collection
Contact us with your airline details, baggage reference, collection authorisation requirements and hotel or accommodation address.
We'll check the collection arrangements and provide a quotation.
Step 4 — We Collect Your Luggage
Once the airline or baggage handling agent confirms that your luggage is available and the required authorisation is accepted, our representative will attend Málaga Airport to collect it.
Step 5 — We Deliver It to Your Accommodation
Your recovered suitcase will be transported to your agreed hotel, villa or holiday accommodation in Marbella, Estepona, Mijas, Fuengirola, Benalmádena or another covered Costa del Sol destination.

We do not trace missing airline baggage, control where it is located or guarantee that airlines will release luggage to a third party..

Our Standard Collection Takes Place Every Day at 11:00 AM
Delivery Owls operates a scheduled luggage collection at Málaga Airport at 11:00 AM daily, subject to confirmed bookings and collection authorisation.
This scheduled collection is available for both:

Airline-delayed luggage that has been located, released and approved for collection.

Pre-booked passenger luggage handed over at the agreed airport meeting point.
Need a Collection Outside 11:00 AM?
We understand that delayed luggage can become available at different times and that flights arrive throughout the day.
Collections outside our standard 11:00 AM collection time incur additional charges and are subject to availability.
Any additional collection fees will be confirmed before
your booking is accepted.
Please note that delayed airline luggage must be confirmed as ready for collection before we can schedule its retrieval.
