We can receive your luggage on your behalf, store it securely until you are ready, and then help you in the way that suits you best — collect from us, have it delivered locally within our service area, or have us forward it anywhere in Spain or across the EU by courier.

International Luggage Receiving.

Using a luggage forwarding provider or courier service? You can send your luggage directly to Delivery Owls so it is safely here and waiting for you before you arrive.

This is ideal for customers using services such as Send My Bag, Send My Luggage, and other reputable luggage forwarding providers.

Having your luggage sent to us means:

There is no risk of missed or failed deliveries
You do not need to wait at your accommodation for a courier
You can collect it when convenient, arrange local delivery, or have it forwarded onwards

International Luggage Receiving Pricing.

€15 for the first bag
€10 for the second bag and each additional bag

This includes receiving, check-in, and up to 14 days free storage.

After 14 days, additional storage is charged at €3 per item, per day.

Please note that this 14 days free storage applies to international luggage receiving only and does not apply to our daily luggage storage service.

Daily Luggage Storage.

We also offer a simple daily luggage storage service, perfect for:

Daily luggage storage pricing.

€12 for the first bag, per day
€6 for the second bag and each additional bag, per day.

If extra storage days are required, additional days are charged at €3 per item, per day.

Hotel & Accommodation Luggage Delivery.

We can deliver your luggage directly to your hotel, apartment, villa, or holiday accommodation within our service area, so you can travel around freely and have your bags brought to you when you can actually access the property.

Hotel and accommodation delivery starts from €20

This is especially useful for:

Late check-ins
Early arrivals
Properties that are not ready yet
Guests who want to start enjoying the Costa del Sol without carrying luggage around

Airport luggage collection.

We can also collect your luggage and larger items from the airport and deliver them directly to your accommodation.

This is a particularly useful option if you want to hire a smaller car for your stay. In many cases, you do not need a large vehicle for your whole holiday — you only need extra space for luggage on arrival and departure.

By letting Delivery Owls handle your suitcases, boxes, pushchairs, and other larger items, you may be able to save money by choosing a smaller rental car. During the busy summer months, when larger vehicles are often much more expensive, this can make a real difference.

Airport luggage collection starts from €60

If storage is required after collection, this can also be arranged.

For any additional storage days, storage is charged at €3 per item, per day.

Please note that Delivery Owls is a receiving, storing, and delivery hub.

At this time, we are unable to assist with import processing or act as the importer of record. For this reason, we kindly ask customers to use reputable luggage forwarding companies and couriers that are able to handle customs requirements correctly.

We are also unable to accept delivery of any luggage with unpaid duty, unpaid customs charges, or unresolved import fees.

To help avoid delays or problems, we always recommend contacting us before sending your luggage. We will happily walk you through the best steps and help you choose the most suitable option.
