I'm Ash, the proud founder of Delivery Owls and our sister company, Love Your Era. For me, building a business has never been simply about providing a service. It's about creating something that genuinely makes people's lives easier, solves problems, all while offering a helping hand when it's needed most, and treating every customer with the kindness, care and respect they deserve. I understand how upsetting and stressful it can be to lose something important, especially when you're travelling, far from home or navigating an unfamiliar country. Whether it's a suitcase containing your holiday essentials, a forgotten phone, Ipad or laptop a treasured piece of jewellery or something with sentimental value, I know that behind every lost item is a person who simply wants their belongings back. And that's exactly why Delivery Owls exists. I founded Delivery Owls with one simple belief: outstanding customer service should never be a luxury. It should be the standard. Our role goes far beyond arranging the collection and return of lost belongings. We want our customers to feel reassured, supported and genuinely cared for throughout the entire process. I'm incredibly passionate about delivering a personal service, and I believe that good communication, honesty, attention to detail and a little extra kindness can make all the difference. One thing I want every customer to know is that I'm always approachable and personally reachable, and work alongside my team on a day to day basis on an operational basis. Although we have a wonderful team working behind the scenes, I never want Delivery Owls to feel like a faceless company.
