Delivery Owls was founded by Ashleigh and Steve, a husband-and-wife team originally from the UK and now based in Marbella, Spain.
We created Delivery Owls to offer something different: a fulfilment and logistics service that feels personal, careful and genuinely supportive — not cold, faceless or overly corporate.
From our Marbella hub, we help UK, US and non-EU brands enter and grow within the European market.
Our focus is on specialist fulfilment for products that need a more thoughtful touch, including books, gifts, personalised products, customised items, premium packaging and carefully prepared orders.
We understand that fulfilment is not just about putting products in boxes.
It is about protecting your brand, your customer experience and your reputation.
Ashleigh has first-hand experience building her own product brands, including a US amazon best new release, manufacturing in China, importing stock, selling on Amazon and Etsy, and serving customers across the USA, UK and EU. She knows the pressure brands face around stock, packaging, reviews, delivery times and customer expectations because she has lived it herself.
Steve brings 36 years of experience in shipping, logistics, risk management and international operations, giving Delivery Owls a strong and reliable operational foundation.Together, we combine brand-building experience with deep shipping knowledge to offer a practical, hands-on EU fulfilment solution for growing businesses.
Our aim is simple: to make expanding into Europe feel easier, clearer and more human. Ashleigh has built her own product brands from the ground up, including a US bestseller. With first-hand experience manufacturing in China, importing stock, and selling on Amazon and Etsy across the USA, UK and EU, she understands what brands need from a careful, joined-up fulfilment partner.
Steve brings over 36 years of experience in shipping, logistics and risk management. From daily courier collections to complex international movements, he helps keep Delivery Owls running smoothly, safely and reliably for brands that care about their customers.
